A Good Faith Exam (GFE) is an online medical questionnaire followed by a tele-med consultation with a MySpaLive Provider to ensure that you are a good candidate to receive injectables. Both, the questionnaire and the consultation, must be completed prior to receiving any neurotoxin. Your GFE remains in effect for one(1) year.
